I never write bad reviews, I would just rather leave it unsaid however I am very disappointed in the lack of response for a problem. I love your products but on my last order the Signature Scent Cartridge replacement set was damaged and I ordered 2 Escape to the Sea Cartridge replacement sets and only received 1. I sent an email almost a week ago to [****] and have yet to receive a reply. Maybe this can be reported to someone that can help me.

I absolutely love the sunscreen product! I use it every day and take it everywhere with me. However, on two of my canisters the spray nozzle malfunctioned after just a few uses. I have tried everything to try to rescue the remaining contents so I won't lose the rest of the product. No luck. I searched YouTube for solutions but have been unsuccessful. I hate to give up this product, but I hate spending money and losing it when the dispenser sprayer doesn't work properly. Maybe try a different design? Or, is there a solution that Snap can offer? HELP!!
The product is convenient, doesn’t smell medicinal and leaves hands feeling silky. Great product to throw in my purse.

Amazing sanitizer. Easy to use and charge in car. Auto shut off a great feature. Smells whimsical. Only critique, I wish the sanitizer put out a little more mist per use. Takes a few seconds to get enough to really cover both hands. Thanks.
