The unit is a good idea in theory. However, if you live in location in which the weather tends to be HOT (I live in Texas) please know the sanitizer will leak out of the unit and evaporate. This means most of the hand sanitizer you purchase for the unit you will never be able to use.
Customer service is either overwhelmed or only has 1 person (Tyler) who doesn’t keep track of what the issue is when you email back and forth. I was originally sent someone else’s order in addition to mine. It took a while for them to finally understand their mistake and asked me to ship it back to them.
I explained the issue of the evaporating sanitizer so they sent me another one. That one did the same thing. I finally asked for a refund, they asked for a receipt and when I sent it in, they decided they would not refund and sent me another unit and suggested to not leave it in a car that would get hot. Again, I live in Texas so……this product is a waste of money for me.
I was introduced to this brand during covid and still use to this day. I love that there is good clean ingrediants and I have one in my car and in my purse. Would highly recommend.

Worked until I put newrefill in. Now the unit will not charge. Sorry I bought it.
Not worth it. Mist is extremely light. It doesn’t seem to coat the hands very well. Shuts off multiple times a day even though it’s plugged in. I’ve had to have it replaced once already. It’s not worth the money. I won’t be buying any refills.

Only body sunscreen my husband and I use .. just noticed that it’s not a fine spray more if a stream .. but still works just a more concentrated in one spray
